Note there are 8 sections or ‘guas’ of the Bagua.  Each section is divided into 3 areas which have precise compass directions. When the Bagua is divided like this we call it the 24 Mountains. Using the finite direction we can determine ‘positive energy spots’ within a GUA that may be an unfortunate area for you personally. 

Each year the luck changes as the Numbers of the FLYING STARS shift. The numbers align with the Nine Star Ki System and each area of the Bagua, including the middle. Note in the above illustration the TAI CHI takes the number 5, and is at the Center of the system. 

An original Bagua drawing from early in my career, shows the SE area divided into 3 sections. If you are for example a #4 Principle number in Nine Star Ki then this section is of importance to you personally. Also if your Birth Information renders your GUA number to be #4 SE then this is your best direction overall.
